The hotel is stunning! The décor made us feel like royalty, and the live music next door was unforgettable. I loved relaxing in the beautiful bar after a day of exploring, and the luxurious sauna was a highlight for me. Plus, the location can't be beat—everything is within walking distance.

Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.

    spacious room
    helpful staff
    great breakfast
    late breakfast timing

We had an amazing group vacation, just a few minutes' walk from the State Opera and Musikverein concert halls. The hotel staff was super helpful, and our Deluxe King Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely check out the breakfast spread—it sets the day right, though it starts a bit late!

However, we were disappointed that we couldn't get breakfast before our early flight. The breakfast timing at 7:30 AM felt a bit too late for travelers with tight schedules.

would not hesitate to return there

We stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with air conditioning, a minibar, and a beautiful seating area. We loved the fitness center and sauna for relaxation. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, featuring imperial torte and freshly brewed coffee. The service was exceptional, with every detail attended to.

The air conditioning was ultimately resolved quickly after prompt attention from the staff.

Breakfast starts too late at 7:30 AM, making it difficult for early departures.

    luxurious lobby bar
    proximity to attractions
    family-friendly lounge

Staying here with my family, including four babies, was a delight! We were just a few minutes' walk from the stunning State Opera and the beautiful Kunsthistorisches Museum. The staff treated us like royalty, and the plush lobby bar felt straight out of a fairytale.

My wife says that the baby needs a place to nap. A designated family lounge would be great for families traveling with little ones.

    Comfortable Stay with Impeccable Service

We enjoyed a lovely two-night family stay, highlighted by attentive service from the staff. The breakfast selection impressed us, especially the fresh pastries. For quieter mornings, consider arriving early to avoid the crowd. The spacious deluxe king room provided a cozy retreat after daytime explorations.

    stunning architecture
    gluten-free options
    warm welcoming staff
    slow housekeeping
    temperature regulation
    dated furnishings

Spent three nights here in a Deluxe King Room. The hotel impressed me with its stunning architecture and classic decor everywhere. The check-in was smooth. The room was spacious with a beautiful view and plush furnishings, though a bit dated. Enjoyed the breakfast at Cafe Imperial each morning, with plenty of gluten-free options for my dietary needs. The bar had a fantastic selection of cocktails, and the staff were warm and welcoming. One major downside was the slow housekeeping service. Had to wait too long for room cleaning after returning in the afternoon. Also, had some trouble with room temperature regulation—it felt a bit too warm at night despite adjusting the thermostat. Overall, a lovely stay but room service needs a bit of improvement.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, with the exceptionally convenient location just a minute from the Muzikverein and a surreal experience sleeping in a historic palace built in 1886.
