Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.

We had an amazing group vacation, just a few minutes' walk from the State Opera and Musikverein concert halls. The hotel staff was super helpful, and our Deluxe King Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely check out the breakfast spread—it sets the day right, though it starts a bit late!
However, we were disappointed that we couldn't get breakfast before our early flight. The breakfast timing at 7:30 AM felt a bit too late for travelers with tight schedules.

Staying here with my family, including four babies, was a delight! We were just a few minutes' walk from the stunning State Opera and the beautiful Kunsthistorisches Museum. The staff treated us like royalty, and the plush lobby bar felt straight out of a fairytale.
My wife says that the baby needs a place to nap. A designated family lounge would be great for families traveling with little ones.

Spent three nights here in a Deluxe King Room. The hotel impressed me with its stunning architecture and classic decor everywhere. The check-in was smooth. The room was spacious with a beautiful view and plush furnishings, though a bit dated. Enjoyed the breakfast at Cafe Imperial each morning, with plenty of gluten-free options for my dietary needs. The bar had a fantastic selection of cocktails, and the staff were warm and welcoming. One major downside was the slow housekeeping service. Had to wait too long for room cleaning after returning in the afternoon. Also, had some trouble with room temperature regulation—it felt a bit too warm at night despite adjusting the thermostat. Overall, a lovely stay but room service needs a bit of improvement.
